What is Zumba?

Once you walk through our doors at Fit For Her exercise facility, you realize this is not your typical gym. The comfortable reception area, the pleasing, color coordinated, carpeted walls; the total ambience, lets you know it has all been designed from a woman's point of view.

Our purpose is to help you to reach your fitness goals through education, motivation and training, utilizing state of the art equipment and our qualified, well trained staff.

Fit For Her offers available access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One low monthly fee entitles you to all our amenities: (Cardio Workout, Strength Machines, Free Weights, Aerobics Room, Tanning. Lockers, Dressing Area, Massage Chairs, Children's Play Area) via an electronic access card. There is no contract to sign and no start up fees. You may use our exercise facilities as often as you like, any time you want. There is constant video monitoring for your security.
